D&rsquo;autres vivront les moments de d\u00e9tresse en se sentant coup\u00e9s de leurs \u00e9motions et de leurs ressentis, ce qui peut \u00eatre tout aussi perturbant&#8230;<br><br>A l&rsquo;occasion de nos s\u00e9ances, je vous transmets les petites techniques et ressources d&rsquo;auto-r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle qui vous permettront, en fonction des circonstances du quotidien, de \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9rer\u00a0\u00bb par vous-m\u00eames l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle, d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus autonome quand l&rsquo;\u00e9motion prend trop de place et vous submerge.<br>Alors&#8230; exp\u00e9rimentez!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">1.<\/span> Coh\u00e9rence cardiaque<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px\">Pour faire (tr\u00e8s) court, il s&rsquo;agit juste de s&rsquo;accorder <strong>5 (toutes petites) minutes<\/strong> en <strong>respirant \u00e0 un rythme particulier<\/strong> pour retrouver calme et stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle.<br>                     <strong> j&rsquo;inspire pendant 5 secondes,<\/strong><br>                           <strong>j&rsquo;expire pendant 5 secondes<\/strong> = 1 cycle de 10 secondes<br>                                   et on <strong>maintient ce rythme pendant 5 minutes<\/strong><br><br>Le Dr David SERVAN-SCHREIBER fut le premier \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter la Coh\u00e9rence Cardiaque dans son livre, \u00ab\u00a0Gu\u00e9rir\u00a0\u00bb en 2003 en France.<br><strong>A voir absolument !<\/strong> >> il a publi\u00e9 4 petites vid\u00e9os explicatives pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es&#8230; >> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coherenceinfo.com\/videotheque\/videotheque-david-servan-schreiber\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.coherenceinfo.com\/videotheque\/videotheque-david-servan-schreiber\/\" target=\"_blank\">ici<\/a> &lt;&lt;<br><br>Comment \u00e7a marche? Par ce <strong>rythme 5\/5<\/strong>, on <strong>met en phase le rythme du c\u0153ur avec celui de la respiration<\/strong>. <br><em>A l&rsquo;inspiration, la pression art\u00e9rielle augmente (c&rsquo;est comme appuyer sur la p\u00e9dale d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d&rsquo;une voiture).<br>Et \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration, la pression art\u00e9rielle diminue (c&rsquo;est comme appuyer sur le frein).<\/em><br>Pourquoi <strong>5 minutes<\/strong>?
